GlobalMove AI
An immigration navigator that matches a user profile to relevant relocation pathways, with source references, document requirements and a sequence of next steps.

The challenge
Relocation research draws on multiple sources that vary in clarity and currency. Serj wanted a single service that could match guidance to an individual profile and make its sources available for review.
Our solution
We developed a working prototype. A four-step profile records nationality, objective, funds and timing, and the matching engine returns the pathways that apply, in ranked order. Cyprus was covered first, with six routes documented in full: the Digital Nomad Visa, employment permits, EU registration, permanent residence by investment under Regulation 6(2), student visas and Category F. Every answer the assistant gives carries the source on which it is based, so that a statement can be checked rather than taken on trust. The service installs to a phone home screen as a five-tab application.
- Six Cyprus pathways documented in full
- Four-step profile drives the matching
- Every answer shows its source
- Installs as a home screen application
- Prototype approved for production build
How it was delivered
Profile before answers
Four questions establish nationality, objective, funds and timing before any route is shown. Nothing is recommended until the system knows who is asking.
Six detailed pathways
Cyprus first, with each pathway written out in full: who qualifies, what it costs, which documents are required and how long it takes. The initial scope prioritised complete coverage of Cyprus.
Answers with their sources
The assistant indicates where each part of an answer originates. Source references allow users to review the basis of the guidance.
A structured relocation plan
The matched route becomes a dated plan with the next action at the top, supporting users beyond the initial research stage.

Key insights
- People do not want to be told what is possible; they want to be told what applies to them, which means the profile must precede the content.
- Citing the source beneath every answer changed the product from something a user must trust into something they can verify.
- Detailed coverage of the initial pathways helped users understand the requirements and the next steps.
