The challenge
A farm that sells to households, restaurants, hotels and shops needed one shop for all of them, with trade prices that only approved businesses can read and orders that follow its delivery and collection days.
Our solution
Households fill a basket, choose delivery or collection, and pay by card or in cash. Businesses apply for a trade account and, once approved, see their prices and order for set delivery days. The back office moves each order from new to delivered, approves trade accounts, hides products and imports the price list, refusing a bad row without losing the rest. The screens here show sample products and prices.
What we are building
At home
A short route from category to basket to checkout, with delivery areas, fees and order times stated before anyone pays.
In the trade
A business applies, the farm approves it, and only then can it read trade prices and order for its delivery days.
In the back office
Staff follow every order by stage and day, and bring in a new price list row by row, with each refused row explained.
