The challenge
Planning a wedding or a company event in Cyprus means calling one venue, caterer and supplier after another to ask whether they are free. Customers needed one place to describe an event, and vendors needed only the requests that suit them.
Our solution
A guided brief takes the occasion, date, city, guests and budget. The platform sends it to every matching vendor at once, the first to accept wins the booking, and the customer receives a confirmation code. Vendors see only briefs for their category and city, and the operator's team can step in on any of them.
What we are building
The brief
One guided form replaces the round of telephone calls, with venues, catering, rentals and event services under one roof.
The routing
Each brief goes to all the vetted vendors that match its category, city and date at once, not one after another.
The operator
The operator's team manages the catalogue and the vendors, and can add or remove a vendor on any brief.
