Product definition and accounts
We agree what the product does and how it should look. Your Apple, Google and Stripe accounts are opened in your name, so that you own them from the outset.
Foundation on the production system
Registration, profiles, browsing and search, working on the production system from the start. Built on the same foundation as the finished product.
The core workflow on your device
Your core product workflow, working end to end, installed on your own device and updated continuously during development. You use the product well before anyone else does.
Store launch and handover
Testing on physical devices, the store listings, submission to the App Store and Google Play, launch, and a full handover with documentation and training.

Roles, permissions and the everyday screens that keep the product running once customers are using it.
Each person sees only their own data
A customer sees only their own records and a staff account only its own. Live updates where they matter, and a booking engine when the product requires one.
Payments and notifications
Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe, so card details never reach your servers. Notifications are delivered to customers and staff as soon as something changes.
Updates without the store queue
Minor fixes reach users without waiting for a further app store review. Eligible updates are delivered directly to devices.
