The challenge

Numan Halls is a wedding and events venue in Amman. Its callers are planning weddings, engagements, graduations and conferences, and many of them call outside office hours. Each enquiry has to reach the bookings team with the details they need to reply: who is calling, for which occasion, on which date and for how many guests.

Our solution

Rasha is the venue's telephone receptionist: an AI voice agent that answers booking and sales calls in Jordanian Arabic and keeps to that dialect whatever language the caller uses.

What we are building

On a call

Rasha greets each caller as the venue's receptionist, establishes who is calling and for which occasion, and gathers the month, the date, the number of guests and the catering before any discussion of price. She closes by proposing a visit to the venue, with a preferred time recorded for the team.

What the staff see

Every call is saved with the caller's name and telephone number, the event type, the date, the number of guests and one of five outcomes. The staff dashboard is in Arabic and reads from right to left: each call with its transcript, turn by turn; a worklist that follows each lead from new to contacted, quoted, won or lost; and reports on how calls ended and how leads converted.

Built and tuned

Rasha speaks with a Jordanian voice; her name and a woman's voice were the venue owner's choice. She was tuned from the owner's own test calls and from reviewed calls, with 124 demonstration calls reviewed between 20 and 24 September 2026. In August testing, across a set of 12 test calls, the median wait before each reply was about 0.9 seconds.
