The challenge
Agents at Zyprus Property Group required a faster way to create property listings, generate client documents and calculate Cyprus-specific taxes (VAT, transfer fees, capital gains) while working in the field.
Our solution
Sophia is a WhatsApp AI assistant on a secure foundation. Agents send property details and photographs on WhatsApp; Sophia creates draft listings on the Zyprus website, generates Word documents such as viewing forms and marketing agreements, and calculates Cyprus property taxes, all within the conversation.
