First Minute Gaming AI System
An operator console named STAR AI, combining an assistant, a CRM studio and a risk review desk in one place. Staff ask questions of their own operational records, build audiences and journeys, prepare campaigns and work through a review queue, in English, French or Kreyol. Currently in development.

The challenge
Gaming operations require staff to review business performance, prepare relevant campaigns and investigate risk findings across the same set of records. The brief requires supporting evidence and clear responsibility for every decision.
Our solution
STAR AI puts a business dashboard, an assistant, a CRM studio and a risk desk behind one sign-in. The dashboard reports on eligible players, deposits, settled revenue and reachable audience. The CRM studio holds players, audiences, a journey builder, campaigns and an activity record. The risk desk presents bets for review. Every operator string is carried in English, French and Kreyol, and operational decisions remain with a person.
What we are building
One console
Bringing the dashboard, the assistant, the CRM studio and the risk desk behind a single sign-in, so staff work in one place.
Questions against records
Connecting operational questions to scoped records, with the sources available for review alongside each answer.
Audiences and journeys
Building the audience, journey and campaign tools that prepare work for a person to approve.
Three languages
Carrying every operator-visible string in English, French and Kreyol, guarded so a missing translation cannot reach the floor.
